- If you use a cart/checkout, your order is an offer to buy. We accept by confirming or delivering the service/digital content.
- Payment is processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card details.

- Custom trip design and consulting services are delivered per the scope we agree with you in writing.
- Digital guides or itineraries are licensed to you for personal use; redistribution is prohibited.

- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of £100 or the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the event.
